4. Free and Paid Plans

AgentReady offers a free tier with limited audits. Paid plans may be offered with additional features, higher rate limits, or priority processing. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Refund policies, if applicable, will be stated at the time of purchase.

5. Audit Results and Accuracy

Audit results are generated algorithmically based on publicly accessible data at the time of the audit. Results are provided "as is" and may not reflect the complete state of a website. We make no guarantees that:

Scores are comprehensive or error-free.
Recommendations will produce specific outcomes if implemented.
Results will remain accurate over time as websites and AI agent behavior change.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, scoring algorithms, and documentation are the intellectual property of AgentReady. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the audit logic.

Your audit results belong to you. You may share, publish, or use your results however you wish.

7. Third-Party Websites

When you submit a URL for audit, we crawl that third-party website in accordance with standard crawling practices. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites. Submitting a URL for audit does not imply any endorsement or affiliation with that website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
