Cookie Policy

Last updated: February 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AgentReady ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.agentready.website/.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They allow websites to remember information about your visit, such as session state and preferences.

2. Cookies We Use

AgentReady uses a minimal set of cookies for core functionality and product analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies

  • Access cookie — An httpOnly, secure cookie that authenticates your audit session. This cookie is set when you submit a URL for audit and allows you to view your results. It expires within 24 hours.
  • Rate limit identifier — A short-lived cookie or server-side token used to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse. It does not contain personal information and expires within 1 hour.

Analytics cookies

  • PostHog cookie (`ph_*`) — A first-party analytics cookie that stores an anonymous session/distinct identifier and basic session state so we can measure product usage (for example page views and key feature events).

Cookies we do not use

  • Advertising cookies — We do not serve ads or use ad-tracking pixels.
  • Social media cookies — We do not embed social media widgets that set cookies.
  • Unrelated third-party tracking cookies — We do not permit unrelated third-party ad/retargeting trackers on our site.

3. Third-Party Services

We use PostHog for product analytics and Stripe for payment processing. Those services may set cookies in connection with analytics and checkout flows, and are governed by their respective privacy policies: PostHog Privacy and Stripe Privacy.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, if you block our strictly necessary cookies, the Service may not function properly — specifically, you may not be able to view your audit results.

5. Do Not Track

We do not track users across third-party websites for advertising purposes, so there is no ad-tracking behavior to change in response to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we add new types of cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
