Website URLs — the URLs you submit for audit, including any competitor URLs you choose to compare.
Email address — if you opt in to receive a PDF report, we collect your email address solely for that purpose.
Payment information — if you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account, or other payment credentials on our servers.

Information collected automatically

Access cookies — short-lived, httpOnly cookies used to authenticate your audit session and enforce rate limits. These are not tracking cookies.
Product analytics data — event-level usage signals (for example page views, referrer, device/browser metadata, country-level geolocation, and key in-app actions such as audit submission/report views) collected via PostHog to understand how the product is used.
Server logs — standard web server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. These are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
Audit results — the technical signals, scores, and recommendations generated when we crawl the URL you submit.

Information we do not collect

We do not use advertising trackers, do not sell personal data, and do not collect personal information beyond what is listed above.

2. How We Use Your Information

To perform the audit you request and display your results.
To send you a PDF report if you provide your email for that purpose.
To process payments through Stripe when applicable.
To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the service.
To improve the accuracy and reliability of our audit engine.
To respond to support requests or inquiries you send us.

3. How We Crawl Websites

When you submit a URL, our service fetches publicly available content from that website to analyze its AI agent readiness. We respect robots.txt directives, follow standard crawling etiquette, and do not attempt to access password-protected or authenticated content. We only crawl URLs that you explicitly submit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

PostHog — for privacy-focused product analytics and website usage reporting.
Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Infrastructure providers — our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
Legal obligations — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

5. Data Retention

Audit results are retained for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
Email addresses provided for PDF reports are deleted within 30 days of report delivery.
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

6. Your Rights

AgentReady is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
